To deliver Olyv's services, we utilise the robust infrastructure of Microsoft Azure to provide AI-powered solutions tailored for business applications. This strategic utilisation ensures the integration of enterprise-grade security protocols, with all servers located within an Australian region. This approach guarantees our commitment to upholding the confidentiality of your data, safeguarding both the privacy and security of your invaluable information.
Where is data stored?
Data, transcripts and summaries, are stored securely in Australia, on Microsoft Azure Platform databases. Note that AWS is IRAP certified - i.e. the effectiveness of its security controls meet the Australian Government’s security requirements.
Is Data protected and encrypted?
Yes, all data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. There is a two factor authentication to ensure security. This means that your data is encoded into a format that can only be accessed with the correct decryption key, preventing unauthorised access.
To safeguard data privacy, we employ rigorous measures, including advanced encryption and data anonymisation techniques, to redact personally identifiable information to the fullest extent possible.
What happens to the recording?
Olyv will not store any voice recordings, voice is deleted as soon as it is transcribed into text, and this process happens automatically.
Do I need client's consent to transcribe the session?
Yes, you need consent to transcribe the session. Psychologists can include this as a part of their consent form.
How does Olyv integrate with the current Practice Management Software that I use?
